Terms and Conditions of Sale of Digital Products


These Terms and Conditions relate to Digital Product sales; for our Events Terms and Conditions please refer to the bottom of the event pages.

  • "Digital Products" refers to videos and online training / learning content hosted in the /resources/videos/ and areas of Pro Digital Webcast websites

  • By purchasing Digital Products through Pro Digital Webcast, you are agreeing to these terms and entering into a contract with Pro Digital Webcast, registered in Malaysia with registered number NS0208843-D.

  • All opinions expressed in the videos are the presenters' own and may or may not represent the opinions of Pro Digital Webcast.

  • All advice is provided "as is" with no warranties or indemnities as to its appropriateness for your particular situation. Pro Digital Webcast takes no responsibility for the implementation of any advice in your own marketing or the outcomes of such implementation.

  • When you purchase access to the Digital Products you are purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the information. You may not publish or share the Digital Products with anyone else. 

  • By purchasing access to websites regulated under Pro Digital Webcast, you agree to Pro Digital Webcast using your participation in publicity materials and listing your company as a customer on the Pro Digital Webcast website and its related social media web pages.

  • Return, refund and cancellation policy: Our policy is not to offer refunds on Digital Products. Should you consider your situation to be a special circumstance then please get in contact with us and we shall consider your invidual request. In the event that we do issue a refund, your access to the Digital Products will be revoked.

  • Delivery policy: Digital Products bought through the Pro Digital Webcast are delivered Pro Digital Webcast website, social media web pages and email. Videos are delivered by a choice of two methods; (1) via digital video streaming and (2) via download to your personal computer. There are no delivery charges for Digital Products.

  • Pro Digital Webcast reserves all other rights.

  • Pro Digital Webcast provides no guarantee of availability of the web server or hosting of the Digital Products. Pro Digital Webcast will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide availability. In the event of continued unavailability, Pro Digital Webcast will make commercially reasonable efforts to make the Digital Products available to download locally.

  • Pro Digital Webcast reserves the right to vary these terms from time to time. If you choose not to accept updated terms, access to the service will be revoked. 

  • For any customer enquiries, please email admin@prodigitalwebcast.com.

  • Privacy: we take your privacy very seriously. If you opt in to receive information about related Digital Products from Pro Digital Webcast, we will occasionally email you about that. Other than that, we will only contact you in direct relation to the items you have purchased from us. We will never sell or rent your details.

Complaint Resolution Process


Please follow the steps below to raise and escalate your complaint. In the event that you require assistance with making a complaint, our staff at each stage of the process will be more than happy to assist.


Step 1: First contact


To begin any complaint, please contact Pro Digital Webcast through any of the means listed on our contact. Calling us is recommended for the swiftest response; email (or postal mail) should be used as a last resort if you have no access to a working phone service. You will receive acknowledgement of your complaint (including a reference number) within 3 business days if you make your complaint via email or in writing. Please note that complaints sent via postal mail are subject to the delivery timeframes of the postal service. For complaints lodged in person or via the telephone, acknowledgement and your reference number can be provided immediately.

Step 2: Getting Updates

You can check up on the progress of your complaint at any time by calling us on 013-363 2005 and quoting the complaint reference number. 

We will advise you either verbally (via telephone) or in writing (via email) of the outcome of your complaint. If you prefer a specific method of contact, please advise us when lodging your complaint.


If Pro Digital Webcast is unable to resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you can request that they provide you with a referral to SSM e-Complaint  or KPDNKK Consumer Complaints
